I graduated from Monash University last year December with a BSc in Business and commerce, majoring in Marketing and Economics. I like swimming, reading, shopping and chilling out anywhere as long as I’m with the right company!

I was on a lookout for job since January and sent out tons of resume then. Due to market recession and other factors, lady luck wasn’t at my side and I didn’t receive any phone calls from job agencies etc. I than signed up for the Jobsdb.com career fair to try my luck there and there is how I get to know about Peter Tan Organisation (PTO®) as the organisation was one of the participant in Jobsdb.com career fair.

In fact, I already had the intention to join the insurance industry as I’ve peers about the same age group around me doing very well and earning like 5 digits average every month!!I thought to myself than, “How long must I work to earn that amount of money if I’m just an employee?” I than met up with several managers from different companies such as GE, AIA etc. and talk to them but something was still holding me back from joining than…Than came one day where Peter Tan Organisation (PTO®) called me up for an interview so I went down and it was than that I met my current manager, Diana. We talked and met up for 2 meetings before I finally decided on joining the insurance industry. She shared with me on the cultures of Peter Tan Organisation (PTO®) and how family-oriented and self-fishless spirits it was. So I thought to myself, what’s importance is not of the company that I join but is the agency that actually makes a difference.

Peter Tan Organisation (PTO®) is a very organized and discipline organisation with a structured system that aims to make every of their financial consultant successful. It has different kinds of activities like street prospecting, road shows, door knocking and telemarketing to provide its agent with proper guidance so that we will never feel like a lost sheep – having no idea what to do to acquire clients (which is a very common problem in many agencies). Not only that, Peter Tan Organisation (PTO®) also have many different kinds of training programs lined up for its agents so that we will be ever-ready equipped when we meet up with clients.
